Hi All,
After 5.5 years on 90 micrograms with very stable results across all measures for some time, my haematologist has reduced my dosage down to 67.5 micrograms but still injecting 6 weekly. The goal is to see if I can maintain my good blood test results on a reduced dose. The good news is that so far I’ve been able to do so which has given me a boost with my platelets still at 316 and all other measures within range. I’m still trying to maintain a whole food (and anti inflammatory) diet and I’m still getting acupuncture a week after the injection as a way to assist my body to recover from the Peg injection. I’ll keep you posted re how everything progresses. I’m in Tasmania for a family celebration and won’t be able to attend tonight’s catch up.
Cheers
Mark

Re: Update on Pegasys reduction
Hey Mark...
Morning & thanks for your Post...
It's truly amazing how well you are doing w/ Pegasys' & I shall keep watching w/ great interest to see how things continue to unfold...
It was a quiet & shorter meeting last evening w/ just a few attending... Merry was perplexed, as she messaged me later & we spoke on the phone, as she had the Timing difference out by an hour due to daylight savings etc...
Anyways, very impressive results Mark & I hope the B'day celebrations are marvellous for you & your family...
Best wishes, & catchup again shortly...
Steve
