2022
Re: 2022
Thank you for your good wishes for the New Year, Merry. I wish the same for you and all our MPNers.
Last year was certainly difficult for most of us but it seems we are all hanging in there and supporting each other.
A big thank you to Steve for keeping this site going as I know he has had his own problems.
Let’s hope 2022 leads us through this tunnel and out into the light. We are a strong bunch if we stick together.
Best wishes to all,
Katie

Re: 2022
Morning & Happy New Year to Merry, Katie & everyone...
Thank you Merry for Posting this message, I should have done so myself sometime ago... Been a tad slack at times w/ fatigue etc... I know that you all understand, thank you...
In any event, thank you to all of our members, and especially so our MATES Committee members for staying the course & helping me keep MATES going for yet another year...
As per our last AGM, we have now donated $3,000.00 to the Peter MAC Cancer Foundation, for MPN specific Research to be undertaken by Dr Kate Burbury.
I am sure that all of us had hoped that we would have raised more, however, given all the interventions we have witnessed, had to surmount & overcome these past two (2) years or so... I believe we have done very well all the same...
Thank you to all who supported us & our efforts...
Let's all remain optimistic & believe that just as 'Change' bought us CV–19, someday soon one hopes... Change will also take it away again...
Very best wishes to you all...
Thank you...
Steve
