On another positive note I have been participating in Daily Yoga this year - trying to keep some flexibility and tone in my body as time progresses. I’ve been using an app called Daily Yoga which offers a range of yoga sessions and meditations you can do at home whenever you choose. I find it easier as I can put aside 20 - 40 minutes (or less some days) in the mornings and it gives me a good start to the day. It also has a reminder feature to drink water which I have been trying to do more of and which is having a beneficial effect on my arthritis and IBS. https://www.dailyyoga.com/
