Yesterday I had my appointment with Jacqui Jagger who is the nurse practitioner at Cecily’s rooms. As we got to the end of the consult, I asked about the Pegasys script and Jacqui said that they now send the Pegasys escript directly to Justmeds, which means we don’t have to fiddle around with it ourselves which is brilliant. By the afternoon Justmeds had texted me for my details and it’s all underway. Pretty much a seemless process.

Great news that you, (& Sharon from tropical north QLD), have thus far both enjoyed a seamless transition with the new advent of 'Just Meds' as the new Australian distributor on-shore etc..
Sounds like they have things well in hand, excellent news Mark...
Trusting too of course that your treatment continues with similar smooth sailing...

Just a follow up on my JustMeds delivery. Communication from JustMeds was good. On delivery day I received a text advising the delivery was happening sometime today. I rang the office in Brisbane asking if they could give me a two hour window to narrow down the delivery time, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible. I received a text at 12:50 advising the driver will contact me re delivery. Although this didn’t happen he arrived at my house at 15:40. It was 37degrees, so instead of getting him to walk down the drive I met him at the gate. He was good humoured and chatty. He handed me the ‘peg box’ and as I signed for the delivery I said ‘ here is the good stuff’ referring to the peg. He asked me about using peg. I said (whilst holding the package) ‘this is a miracle drug’. I said that I had a rare blood cancer and that this drug for me was a miracle drug. I said that I’d been on this drug for 6 years and that all my blood tests were within range and normal and it was all due to this drug. It was sunny and he squinted as he looked at me and then he said ‘so it gives you hope’! I looked at him and said ‘yes - it absolutely gives me hope’!
