Novel approaches in myelofibrosis

I stumbled across this comprehensive and recent (12 Dec 24) list of ongoing clinical trials for patients with myelofibrosis. It may be of value to anybody interested in what's out there in the (near) future.

Also, just because I heard about it at the same time, here is a brief summary of a very interesting trial of a new drug PXS-5505 in addition to current Ruxo dose.

In summary: 9 out of 11 patients had a stable or reduced spleen volume. PXS-5505 is safe and well tolerated. Reductions in spleen volume and symptoms continue to improve over time.
