ESSENTIAL THROBOCYTHAEMIA (ET) - A Talk by MESA & SCHERBER

Post by MPN-MATE Admin »

Morning everyone... :D

Here is another in the series of talks by Dr Ruben Mesa & Dr Robyn Scherber concerning the Myeloproliferative (MPN) condition known as Essential Thrombocythaemia or ET. Many of you may already be well aware of all there is to glean about this MPN, however, there are always new people joining our rather exclusive MPN Club, who are just starting out on their MPN journeys too...

As always people, please stay safe and well...

Best wishes

Steve

Thanks, Steve. Always good to hear what criteria the experts use to make treatment decisions as I'm not sure this is always clear to the patients when they visit their docs. Hope you are doing OK at the moment.

Cheers,

Hey Silver ET... :D

Great to be hearing from you again too...

Yes, I feel that there are always good reasons to refresh our memories as to what the experts have to say about our various MPNs, and in the days to follow... I shall Post one for PV and the MF of course...

My Beetroot Trial is coming along nicely... Not sure if you have been following any of this, however, I have just Posted on this all recently if you want to take a look see... It might just be that aside from helping reducing BP, Beetroot juice might also be slowing working to reduce my Platelets too... (?) Jury is still out at the present, but I am watching it all w/ keen interest as it continues to unfold...

BTW, thank you also for you MPN Story_Telling too... Of course I will Post it shortly, (after having a read through myself)...

Thanks and stay safe & well...

Best wishes

Steve
